TEARS OF HOPE

We all have moments when we get overwhelmed with life. not knowing where to turn or where to go for relief. It seems so often that we don’t have a place to go even in our heads.

Just like a pot of boiling water that has no escape just boils over. This is what happens when we as humans have no room to turn or nowhere to release the noise, we just cry.

Stop and look at where you are, make a step in any direction because whatever directions you go you have to make some kind of decision. Some of these decisions might be hard to make or even seem a long reach to take. Standing in one space doesn’t change anything, things remain the same.

It might sound crazy but when one sheds a tears it create claritiy. It seems to release and clear the way for more thoughts, making space to make our thoughts clearer.

Some of us are so afraid to cry because it makes you feel weak but believe it or not crying show strength not weakness. It allows you to wash away those uncertainties and clears the way for a different direction.

Let us think of this like a pot of water that is being heating up on the stoves, standing there waiting for that water to boil. We are standing in one spot waiting for the water to boil so that we can use it. Once that water does boil, we are then able to use it for its true purpose.

I believe for every tear we shed helps us to see thing more clearly. So, if you feel overwhelmed and confused can’t see which way to go, let’s stop and shed some tears of hope. Hope that we can make the move in a positive direction. Notice I said positive and not correct, because for every step you take you don’t know if that is the correct step until you make it and see the results.

Have faith that you are stepping in the correct direction and see where it will take you.
