Confidence

Building confidence in oneself is something that everyone needs to work on. It is something that you are not born with but is something that an individual must continue to work on as one grows. Confidence is obtained from different challenges.

Confidence is like a flower in life, The nourishment one gets from family and friends gives one the strength to grow with confidence. The more one encourages you to try new adventures the better you become confident that once the adventure is completed you are able to conquer things in your life,

When one has confidence in themselves things are able to be accomplished with pride. Attempting a challenge, and you completing that challenge makes one feel great. I am not saying that it will be easy to conquer a challenge but once it is that will be the beginning of you building confidence.

Confidence gives you a certain pride and growth in oneself, that gives you self-confidence. The fact that you moved forward instead of excepting defeat is like watering a flower to help it grow, it works the same way with an individual. Pushing forward and not quitting helps you build and maintain your confidence.

Having your confidence to grow doesn’t make you an antisocial person but it allows you to be strong and proud of yourself to make your own decisions. A little confidence goes a long way,

Just because you have confidence in yourself doesn’t mean you are better than everyone else, it just allows you to feel confident in making decisions for yourself and feel good about it.

We all have ups and downs in life, but the challenge is not to stay down but to find the courage to get up and learn from your disappointments. All these changes build confidence when you get up and conquer your disappointment.

Confidence is growing thru out your life and getting stronger as you grow. You need to build your confidence as you grow in knowledge daily in order to keep it going.

“You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, 'I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along.' You must do the thing you think you cannot do.”
― Eleanor Roosevelt
